Terms of use of the rewards system
This Orimatla Points Earning Policies Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions under which points are earned by Orimatla users.
Please read the following terms carefully:
BY AGREEING TO THIS DOCUMENT, YOU: (1) CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACKNOWLEDGED, AND, AS A CONDITION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE POINT SYSTEM, AGREE VOLUNTARILY TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING (A) ORIMATLA'S PRIVACY POLICY, (B) ORIMATLA'S TERMS OF USE. IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE OR DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND TERMS, INCLUDING ANY FUTURE AMENDMENTS OR UPDATES, YOU MUST REFRAIN FROM USING ANY ORIMATLA SERVICES.
1. Overview
1.1. Rewards System
Orimatla offers its users functionalities that allow them to earn points while interacting. These points are a way to measure engagement, which subsequently rewards this engagement by converting points into cryptocurrencies.
1.2. Purpose of Points
The points earned by interacting on Orimatla are ONLY TO MEASURE USER ENGAGEMENT to generate parameters to reward users for their contributions and interactions within the platform, thus promoting continuous engagement and the creation of high-quality content.
2. Points Terms
2.1. Participation in the Points System
Orimatla may approve your participation in the points system at its sole discretion and reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the points system at any time if atypical behavior is identified in your account.
2.2. Means of Earning Points
Points can only be earned by the account holder and solely through the following means: viewing, liking, commenting, liking comments, sharing, reposting, following, and referring.
2.3. Promotions and Marketing Efforts
Orimatla may allow points to be earned as part of specific and previously announced promotions, at its sole discretion.
2.4. Participation Requirements
The account holder must have an active Orimatla account and meet all requirements to participate in the rewards system, agreeing to be bound by this Agreement.
3. Measures Against Abuse
3.1. Prohibition of Manipulation
It is forbidden to use any means that circumvent the defined way of earning points, such as bots or other unauthorized mechanisms. Orimatla reserves the right to monitor the earning of points and user rewards to mitigate abusive behaviors.
Orimatla may validate the user's identity through KYC, making the user's participation as legitimate as possible, thus preventing offenders from persisting in recreating accounts.
3.2. Monitoring of Behaviors
Orimatla will use various means to analyze and monitor user behavior, aiming to prevent abuses in the unfair earning of points.
Obtaining these parameters does not mean extracting and storing sensitive user data, as in the context of the rewards system, this monitoring is restricted to the means of earning points and rewards.
3.3. Sanctions for Abuses
In case of atypical or abusive behavior, Orimatla may apply the following sanctions:
Subtraction of points accumulated abnormally.
Total exclusion of points accumulated during the cycle.
Freezing the balance in OTL for a determined time.
Confiscation of the balance in OTLs.
Deletion of the user's account.
4. Points Conversion
4.1. Conversion and Release Cycles
The conversion of points into cryptocurrencies will occur at the end of each conversion cycle (7 days), with the balance being available at the end of the release cycle (168 hours).
4.2. Identity Verification
The conversion of points to OTL can be done after verifying the user's profile through KYC (Know Your Customer).
5. Rewards
5.1. User Categories
Orimatla users are classified into two categories: Creator and Consumer.
5.2. Scoring Criteria
Each category and each interaction will be scored according to a predefined table and converted into cryptocurrencies at the end of each conversion cycle.
6. Users' Rights and Duties
6.1. Users' Rights
Receive points for their interactions as described in this Agreement.
Conversion of points into cryptocurrencies after identity verification.
Be informed of any changes to the points earning policies.
6.2. Users' Duties
Use the platform ethically, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Refrain from using fraudulent means to earn points and rewards.
Keep their personal information updated for compliance purposes.
7. Changes to the Agreement
7.1. Right to Change
Orimatla reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time, notifying users of changes through official communication channels.
7.2. Acceptance of Changes
By continuing to use the points system after changes, the user agrees to be bound by the new terms.
8. General Provisions
8.1. Applicable Law
This Agreement will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the place of operation of Orimatla.
8.2. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration, according to the rules established by Orimatla.
8.3. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
