This Orimatla Points Acquisition Policy Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions under which Orimatla users may acquire points, representing engagement on the platform and convertible into OTL tokens.
1. Overview
1.1 Rewards System
Orimatla offers users various features that allow points to be earned through platform interaction. These points are converted into OTL tokens to reward user engagement, promoting the continuous creation of quality content and genuine interactions.
1.2 Purpose of Points
Points earned serve exclusively as a measure of user engagement, intended to provide parameters for rewarding contributions and interactions on the platform. Points have no monetary value and are converted into OTL according to conversion rules.
2. Terms for Earning Points
2.1 Participation in the Points System
Participation in the points system is at Orimatla’s discretion, which reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate a user's participation in the points system in cases of atypical behavior.
2.2 Ways to Earn Points
Points may only be earned by the account holder through the following interactions: views, likes, comments, shares, reposts, following other users, and referring new members.
2.3 Promotions and Marketing Efforts
Orimatla may allow points to be earned through specific promotions, as announced in advance and at the company’s discretion.
2.4 Participation Requirements
To participate in the rewards system, the account holder must have an active Orimatla account and meet all requirements, accepting the terms of this Agreement.
3. Measures Against Abuse
3.1 Prohibition of Manipulation
Using unauthorized methods to acquire points, such as bots or other unauthorized mechanisms, is strictly prohibited. Orimatla monitors point acquisition to identify and mitigate abusive behavior.
To ensure legitimacy, Orimatla may require identity verification through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process to prevent account recreations by violators.
3.2 Behavior Monitoring
Orimatla will employ methods to analyze and monitor user behavior to prevent abuse in points acquisition. This monitoring focuses solely on interactions for earning points without collecting sensitive user data.
3.3 Penalties for Abuse
In cases of atypical or abusive behavior, Orimatla may apply the following penalties:
Deduction of irregularly obtained points;
Total removal of accumulated points in the cycle;
Freezing of OTL balance for a specified period;
Confiscation of the OTL balance;
Termination of the user’s account.
4. Points Conversion
4.1 Conversion and Release Cycles
Points will be converted to OTL at the end of each conversion cycle (7 days), with the balance released after the end of the release cycle (168 hours).
4.2 Identity Verification
Points conversion to OTL is subject to profile verification through the KYC process.
5. Rewards
5.1 User Categories
Orimatla users are classified into two categories: Creator and Consumer. Each user category has specific scoring criteria based on their type of interaction.
5.2 Scoring Criteria
Interactions for each user category are scored according to a predefined table and converted to OTL at the end of each conversion cycle.
6. User Rights and Responsibilities
6.1 User Rights
To earn points for interactions as described in this Agreement;
To convert points into OTL after identity verification;
To be informed of any changes in the points acquisition policy.
6.2 User Responsibilities
To use the platform ethically, in accordance with this Agreement;
To refrain from using fraudulent methods to earn points and rewards;
To keep personal information updated to comply with compliance requirements.
7. Agreement Amendments
7.1 Right to Amend
Orimatla reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time, notifying users of changes through official communication channels.
7.2 Acceptance of Changes
By continuing to use the points system after changes, the user agrees to comply with the new terms.
8. Disclaimer and Earnings Expectations
8.1 No Guarantee of Earnings
Use of Orimatla’s points system should not be viewed as a way to obtain financial returns. There are no guarantees or promises of OTL appreciation; the system is designed solely to reward engagement on the platform.
8.2 Assumption of Risks
The user understands and accepts that any benefits received through the conversion of points to OTL are subject to cryptocurrency market fluctuations, and Orimatla is not responsible for any loss in OTL value.
9. Regulatory Compliance
Orimatla is committed to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, implementing measures to ensure that resources obtained on the platform are not used for illicit purposes. Participation in the points system is subject to these compliance standards.
9.1 Privacy Expectations
The points monitoring process respects users' privacy, limiting data collection to necessary information for earning points and preventing abuse, without collecting sensitive data.
10. Eligibility and Restrictions
10.1 Eligibility
To participate in the points system, users must meet the minimum age requirement and local regulations. Participation by residents of countries subject to economic sanctions or where laws prohibit the activity is not allowed.
