Holds a degree in Marketing Technology and has hands-on experience in Research & Development (R&D) projects and intellectual property.
From 2011 to 2017, worked in areas related to mechanical and electronic engineering, which contributed to an analytical and innovation-driven perspective. Since 2018, has been actively involved in the cryptocurrency space, participating in the creation of blockchain-based payment solutions — an experience that laid the foundation for the development of Orimatla as a functional, scalable platform focused on real-world usability.
Maycon Ferreira
Co-Founder / COO
With a solid background as a project manager and a degree in Systems Analysis, he is recognized for his expertise in leading and managing digital platform teams. He also brings experience as a founder of several successful startups, including iPharma and Ticplus.
In 2013, Ticplus merged with Bilheteria Digital, resulting in the creation of one of the largest ticketing companies in Brazil. In this venture, he played a key role in project management, ensuring efficient integration and the continued success of operations.
In addition to his project management skills, he is also an investor in cryptocurrency projects.
With over 15 years of experience in developing and managing digital platform teams, he has demonstrated exceptional ability in building and leading high-performance teams. His experience spans the conception, development, and implementation of innovative technological solutions, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and delivering results.
Leonardo Castro

With over 10 years of experience in the technology field, he is a full stack developer specialized in front-end, with a career that spans both startups and established companies.
He previously had the opportunity to contribute his expertise to several renowned organizations, including Banco do Brasil. At the bank, he played a key role in controlling and managing Data Center infrastructure, ensuring the stability and security of critical technological systems that support the company’s financial operations.
In addition to his work in the financial sector, he also gained valuable experience working in startups as a full stack developer.

Software Engineer
Software developer with a solid academic background and extensive professional experience. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, specialized in software development for mobile platforms. His career includes tenures at renowned companies such as MobiPlus, Sciensa, and Meta, where he has always worked as a full-stack engineer.
With expertise in leading mobile development technologies, he has become proficient in Swift, Flutter, and Kotlin. His role as a full-stack engineer has allowed him to build innovative and efficient solutions, always focused on user experience and best development practices.
Renato Almeida
Advisor Compliance
International consultant specializing in regulatory compliance for blockchain technology projects. He holds a postgraduate degree in Public and Constitutional Law, with over 25 years of experience in legal and regulatory matters.
In addition to his work as a consultant, he is an active supporter and enthusiast of blockchain and fintech projects. He has extensive experience in digital assets and community management.
As an advisor, he has contributed to various projects such as Nuggets, Snovio, and Trueflip, offering both strategic and operational guidance and providing valuable insights that have supported the success of these ventures.
Previously, he played a key role in community management for the renowned American consulting firm The Argon Group—an experience that deepened his understanding of the importance of community engagement in the success of blockchain and emerging technology initiatives.
Before becoming a consultant and advisor, he worked on software development for the Brazilian judiciary system, building expertise in creating efficient and secure technological solutions.
